Today’s professional world is one of rapid change and uncertain futures, pushing us to adapt while preserving our values and the meaning of our contributions in all spheres of our lives.
Pioneering companies are developing new, more authentic and inclusive management methods. These new paradigms are being driven forward with conviction by visionary executives, managers and leaders, convinced of the urgent need to restore values and meaning to all levels of the organization.
Each person, each organization, who embodies these changes through authentic leadership, inspires exemplarity, which is the source of individual and collective successes.
This “doing differently” cannot be achieved simply by thinking about a desire for change. It requires an understanding and integrating of the concepts of circular causality. How can we do things differently without becoming aware of our individual mechanisms in response to collective workings?
Chame supports individuals and organizations in their drive for change, using proven coaching methods that are recognized as genuine levers for success.
CHAME was born from the alliance of my career as a former Airbus subsidiary’s HR Director, my skills in management, coaching and training, associated with neuroscience and integrative psychotherapy.
Keep in mind the vision of what you want, what you want to be ..
Change is permanent, self-development is a choice.

I have worked for over 25 years within the Airbus Group, in various HR roles up to HR Director.
Throughout my career :
- I have operated in all dimensions of Human Resources, which has allowed me to develop a broader vision and understanding of human relations, organizations, their management practices, their benefits and limitations
- I have gained a solid understanding of the challenges and the keys necessary for the success of any change
- I have had the opportunity to work within a visionary management, with respect and the awareness that without human commitment and motivation, a company cannot and will not be able to achieve its full potential
Personally, one of my greatest satisfactions has been contributing to building an HR organization focused on people’s development, and promotion, aligned with the company’s growth objectives, in a complex and competitive world.
This has strengthened my commitment to the success of a group, and to the personal fulfilment of individuals, demonstrating that repositioning, coaching, training, mobility, etc., are virtuous opportunities, both for the individual and the organization.
These experiences allow me to support individuals and teams through the necessary stages of change.
They talk about it
