Coaching modalities
First Session free
In this session, we take the time to discuss and clarify your request together and define the most appropriate type of support.
Goal setting, Present state/ Desired state
An important step to clarify expectations vs. objectives.
Define the terms of the contract (objectives, duration, success criteria and measures, possible constraints, etc.)
Coaching/Development progresss
Several sessions spaced 2 to 5 weeks apart, over a period of 3 to 9 months, depending on the request and can be adapted if necessary. Achievements and areas for improvement are discussed at each session.
Each session lasts approximately 1h30 to 2 hours.
Coaching/development closure
The closing session is the outcome of the support process. A review is conducted on the achievement of the contractual objectives.
💡In all support processes, it is important to distinguish the posture of the HR, from the coach or the therapist.
Each comes from a specific framework of knowledge and skills. If respected, it guarantees the coachee’s safety and the seriousness of the approaches..
Depending on the request, the complementarity of these three approaches is a true asset for learning and mindfulness : achieving their goals while learning to live fully and differently !
Because each person and each journey is unique, you will not find predefined packages or plans in my coaching services.
