The integrative approach involves understanding and knowing how to integrate to classic coaching the complexity of the human-being: behaviourial, emotional, linguistic, socio-familial, cultural systems and their interactions.

It is a holistic and personalized approach that, beyond expected professional goals, provides keys to understanding and developing one’s self-awareness. This “soul supplement” connects us and enhances both the discernment and intuition that we all possess.

Integrative coaching requires a coach trained in integrative psychotherapy.
